Return Policy

We have a 30-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Return your unused item(s) in its original packaging and we will refund your total amount. Please allow 7-10 business days for your amount to be refunded.

U.S. Customers:
Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. Returns must be processed within 30 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.
 

Partial Refund:  You may be able to receive a partial refund for the following products:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned after 30 days from delivery.

Exchange: GenCrafts will replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us via:

Store Credit: If you want to make a return and it is past the 30-day delivery date, you may be eligible to receive store credit that you can use at gencrafts.com at checkout.

Items not eligible for a full refund:
- Gift cards
- Orders received over 30 days

Gift Returns

If you wish to return a product that was gifted to you, please provide us the order number from the purchaser in order to process the return. If you are not able to obtain the order number, please provide us the purchasers email, name and date of purchase.

3. GenCrafts will provide you with a shipping label via email. Please attach the shipping label to your return package and drop it off at your nearest USPS location.
